CareLink at Home was created by someone who has spent his career helping older adults and veterans stay safe, independent, and connected.
After more than 16 years working in senior care and veterans benefits - helping thousands of families navigate home care, funding, and the complex decisions that come with aging - Evan Kaltman kept seeing the same problem.
Families were doing everything right. They had caregivers coming in. They were checking in by phone. And still somehow unable to get ahead of what was happening with their loved one between visits.
The problem wasn’t effort. It was the gap. The hours between visits. The night. The weekend. The moments when nobody was watching, and a small change became a big problem before anyone knew.
CareLink at Home was built to fill that gap - combining passive technology with the human oversight and family communication layer that turns data into action.

Founder & Program Director, CareLink at Home
Evan’s career in senior care spans more than 16 years, beginning with his work at Veterans Home Care (VHC), where he helped veterans and their families access the Aid & Attendance benefit and build in-home care plans.
He has seen firsthand what happens when a small change - a few nights of poor sleep, a shift in daily routine, a missed meal - goes unnoticed until it becomes a hospitalization. Families said, afterward: “If we had just known sooner.” CareLink at Home is the answer to that.
"Evan went above and beyond - he treated her more like his grandmother than a client."
We use technology because it works - not for its own sake. If a simpler solution is right, that’s what we’ll tell you.
CareLink at Home exists to help people stay home longer - on their own terms. Our services are non-intrusive and respectful.
We fill the gap between visits - we don’t replace hands-on care. CareLink at Home works best alongside caregivers and home health.
Every situation is different. A free consultation is the best place to start.
